ANNUAL ASSESSMENT FEE

The annual assessment for the 2023 calendar year will remain at $800 per lot. A late payment fee of $50 will be assessed if payment is not received by March 31, 2023.

Adjacent lots must be resurveyed into a single lot, and proof of that recordation took place prior to December 31, 2022, must be sent to receive single-lot dues status.

Option 1 – Personal Portal Login

Login to your Portal and set up payments through the portal.  This is the preferred payment option. Using the online portal allows you to access your account statements and see when payments are processed.

You will need your email address and password to log into your portal

Payment Options:

  • One-time eCheck Payment
  • Debit/Credit Card Payment (there is a fee associated with credit card payments)
    • To make one-time payment, please make sure you have the information below:
      • Management Company ID - 7266
      • Association ID - EAGLE
      • Property Account Number – found on portal and on statement (EAGLExxxxx)

Option 2 – Mail check

Please make checks payable to Eagle Pointe Shores HOA, Inc. Mailed payments may take up to 2 weeks to process. You must have your account number in the memo section of the check. Checks that are processed after March 31, 2023 will be considered late.
